What Does Restore All Things Mean?
Restore means to make something whole again. Christ said that John the Baptist restored all things. MATTHEW 17:11-13 How did he do it? John the Baptist’s ministry was to usher in Christ who represents God or His world on earth. So, when John baptised Christ, then God or His world was once again restored on earth. However, it didn’t last, and it ended when Christ was crucified. His disciples only received the power of the Holy Ghost for a short time and then this miraculous healing power stopped. Why? Because we unknowingly stopped supporting God’s organization, the Holy Ghost, which is the source of this power. This is why it is time, once again, to restore all things by restoring God’s organization, the Holy Ghost, which has the power to restore all things including the sick and the dead. There are three that bear record in heaven. The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one. In other words, having the Holy Ghost, God’s organization, on earth, is like having Christ here in person. This can happen as soon as we believe in God’s Son, and this will be confirmed as soon as we begin receiving this miraculous power that can restore and protect life. Now, it’s important to understand that God’s people are going to be overcome during the coming great tribulation and then Christ is going to return in person and establish His kingdom and His power on earth forever.
Is Our Generation the Last Generation?
When Jesus and His disciples began to demonstrate this incredible healing restoring power, it lasted only approximately 3½ years before this power ended with His death and the falling away of His disciples. Once we have restored this ancient organization (restoration of the Holy Ghost) and begin preaching (demonstrating this power publicly for all eyes to see), then it will only be approximately 3½ years later before the great tribulation (great persecution of God’s people) will begin and God’s people will then be scattered as in the days of Christ and His disciples. What will follow is the Great Tribulation of God’s people on earth for 3½ years, followed by the 1st resurrection, the rapture, wrath of God, return of Christ and the permanent establishment of God’s kingdom on earth.
