How Do We Know What Is Right?
There are so many voices today on radio, TV and social media all claiming to know what is right. So, how do we know what is right? There is only one way to know, and it is not based on my opinion or your opinion or anyone else’s opinion. It is based solely on the facts.
When a rich young ruler came to Jesus, he said, “Good Master, what good (right) thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he (Jesus) said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is non good (right) but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.” MATTHEW 19:16,17 In other words, Christ is telling us that the only one who knows what is right (good) is God. Christ did not come to give us His opinion. Instead, he gave us the word of God, which explains what is good or the right thing to do. However, to understand God’s word, it must be supported by the facts. In other words, the Bible supported by the facts is telling us that only God knows what’s right. Why? Because the facts are telling us that He is our Creator and is over 13 billion years old. We know this because our universe, which He created, is over 13 billion years old. This means that He knows what is right (good) and what is wrong (evil). No human being including the author of this little book or any other spirit or organization including any religion or government of man has or ever will have this vast knowledge and experience. This means that the only one who knows what is right is God and this means that we are to follow His voice by supporting His organization, the Holy Ghost, which is His mouthpiece or voice that can help us understand what is right. This is a fact of life or the truth that will never change and if we reject this truth (this fact), then all that is left to believe are lies.
Christ says, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4 God’s Son is the head of His organization (His kingdom) and He is the mouth or voice of God.
Important: This discovery could save billions of lives and quadrillions of dollars and prove the existence of God. With so much at stake and with so little cost involved by comparison, it only makes sense to restore this ancient organization. Then, the whole world will know the truth because we will then be able to see and enjoy what our Creator (God) offers.
