When Is Christ Going to Return?

Paul said, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God”. 2THESSALONIANS 2:3,4.

There has been a great falling away ever since that time and we are now on the verge of restoring God’s kingdom in all the earth. The anti-christ is going to reveal himself when he takes control of the world, which will happen when he breaks this coming covenant (peace agreement?). When this happens, he will then seize control of the world and set himself up as God in the holy temple at Jerusalem. He will then have the abomination of desolation installed, which is most likely a supercomputer system that is going to be able to keep track of every person on earth. This is when the anti-christ will be revealed. So, we know that Christ cannot return until after this time. We also know that the great tribulation will begin when the abomination of desolation is placed in the holy temple and that Christ is going to return after the great tribulation. “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” MATTHEW 24:15,21 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” MATTHEW 24:29,30 Paul said, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: (1st resurrection) Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together (the rapture) with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord”. 1THESSALONIANS 4:14-17
